Rent-to-Own Sheds with Pine View Rentals
Rent-to-own is a great option for those who need more storage space today without paying the full price of a new shed upfront.
General RTO contract features:
- Rent-to-own contracts are NOT a traditional loan. There is no credit check, no interest rate, and it is not considered financing.
- Simple monthly payments for 33, 45, or 57 month terms. At the end of these terms, there will be a final balloon payment to complete the purchase of the building.
- Customers can choose an optional damage liability waiver for an additional monthly fee (price varies based on the price of the unit). By choosing this option, the customer will not be liable for any loss or damage to the unit caused by fire, flood, wind, hail or other Acts of God.
- Customers can also choose to add Pine Care to all Pine View Sheds, whether purchasing or Rent-to-own. This is a one time payment of 2% for 3 years of coverage, and 3% for 5 years of coverage. Pine Care provides repairs or replacement for accidentally damaged or destroyed sheds. Contact a sales manager for more details.
RTO requirements:
- A driver’s license or state ID number is required. RTO contracts cannot be listed in a company name. The contract need to be in the name of the person who signs the contract.
- Build on-site orders are not available with rent-to-own. Our drivers need to be able to access the site to remove the unit if the customer cancels.
- RTO is available on custom orders as well as in-stock buildings. Pine View Buildings reserves the right to deny or alter extreme customizations on a rent to own order.
- Make payments through auto-pay, debit or credit cards, checks, or money order.
Rent-to-Own Greenhouses with Newfound Rentals:
- Simple monthly payments for 24, 36, or 48 month terms.
- A 30% deposit is required to place an order for a greenhouse, whether purchasing or Rent-to-own.
- 90-days same as cash is available. Pay off your greenhouse within 90 days of delivery and you will pay it off at the purchase price without incurring any additional fees.
